His point was that two years of playing basketball doesn't equate to a full education, responding to the first guy who was surprised that this happened with a "UCLA education." It's not a diss.
I didn't watch him playing a lot this year but he seemed to be in good form, played with some familiar names(Shved, Thomas Robinson, James Anderson) Rip
As long as they're getting paid with our tax dollars it is relevant. Call the cops over to your house, Dude. They are your friends
There's a difference between me disagreeing with you, and your point not being relevant. Everyone knows this game.
Sure, but SWAT dun come alone, strength in numbers, elite weapons, accuracy in shots. Not to say nearly everyone got bullet proof vest around the relevant organs. While those mental dudes who shoot at them, can't probably aim.
Initial reports indicate they brought in a crisis negotiator, the guy shot himself, then SWAT went into the house. Only shots fired by the cops were by the officers who initially responded and were shot at.
LAPD stated that it was "injuries consistent with a self-inflicted gunshot wound" (I can't find that again at the moment). But a close friend [high school coach] quoted Honeycutt's mother saying that "he took his own life". The people in here trying to make this into an agenda are on some non-existent ground. This is purely a mental health case (possibly drugs), and needs energy put towards those topics if people want to waste their energy at least semi-constructively.
Seems fishy. But not everything that seems fishy is fishy. The most likely scenario is that the group of law enforcement officials did not collude to shoot him and make it look like a suicide. So the most likely scenario is he shot himself. I wonder why though.
From the video, his mom says that he's been playing professional basketball overseas and been over their sucking laughing gas all day. Sad. RIP
