The little protective bubble that the Spurs fans lived in with NBA drama. It has burst. Watching their fan base flail around this situation has been hilarious.

Better get your chuckles in now while you can for I can easily see the same scenario happening here with Harden if the team doesn't win a title in the next few years.

Naw, I don't see it. Harden is not built that way IMO. He really has this go with the flow, oh well, mentality about pretty much everything.

I will get my chuckles, thanks. And I don't see that scenario with Harden because of how the organization has wrapped itself around him. Anything is possible of course, but I would put Harden on the least likely scenario of these types of things compared to other stars.

    LOL Spurs.

Yep. It’s pretty crazy how quickly this guy’s reputation and red flags are piling up.

The fact that the Houston Rockets would think twice about trading for him after winning 65 games and almost beating one the most dominant teams in league history is just unbelievable.

But that’s just the reality with this guy now but damn... what a perfect fit if there ever was one, and assuming Pop would ever think about trading anyone to the Rockets which is doubtful.

What exactly are you basing this on?? Harden has shown nothing but love for the city and the organization from the day he stepped foot in Houston. Nothing about Harden has shown that he's deceptive, or passive aggressive. He might be a little aloof, but he's shown a lot more passion and emotion than Kawhi.

It is. I just don't think those guys could contribute at a high level and Capela was incredible for us. I also don't even know if I want Kawhi. He was incredible when healthy but we have no idea if he'll ever be back to that level. He looked really bad in the 8 games or so he played last season.

Harden has had the franchise on his back since he came here and faced the music and improved his game every year. Leonard was insulated by Duncan and Pop and really showed himself in a bad light this past year. Don't even compare the two players.

Not sure I want this guy on the Rockets personality wise but damn if you ask me other than LeBron which guy I'd want to add to go to war with the Bums of the Bay then Kawhi would be the guy.

See the thing about war is you get injured and it takes heart.

Kawhi doesn’t have heart and sits all year with a bruised thigh

Spurs aren't trading Kahiwi to us for a 30 yr shooting guard and a pick roll center. Nearly every team out there can offer something better

You’re vastly underestimating the value Clint holds as a trade piece.

    I mean c’mon, man. He’s an 87 overall on 2K.
