    Noel signed in OKC to be a backup and Washington off in the East has no starting C. :rolleyes: They can't even get Noel to sign with them.

    I guess they will go after Monroe or Bebe now?

    Ariza cannot be part of a S&T, unless you extend the contract. Contract has to be 3 years+.

    I don't see Washington being at that point yet. They can dump Porter for a garbage return at a later date. No real benefit for them to do that now.

    well..Grunfeld is a very shortsighted GM.
    The situation has to go to the precipise of disaster for him to do a stupid move. However he has immense job security smh so he won't get desperate selling off for nothing like others have done.
    He's probably available for other servisable good-ish cheaper players. They are not much interested in picks.

    Man OKC is going to be a scary team to face, a lot of people will laugh at this but Adams, Noel, Grant, George, Roberson...their defensive potential is terrific.

    I know it's not equal value and I'm just trying to talk myself into it...BUT...

    here's the benefit: They get a starting center in Dedmon and they free up a ton of money below the luxury tax. They could offer a player the full MLE at that point.

    Sted's scenario makes more sense if WASH absolutely lost their minds and decided to trade Porter away a year before they had to.

    I don't agree necessarily. I think Dedmon has a lot of potential as a starter.

    I'd actually love to have him here behind Clint or as a starter if we lose Clint. Especially with him developing a 3 point shot.

    The Kings have done nothing. Not even some interest in Bradley..I think it all points out to them going after a RFA.
    Smart, Lavine or Parker.
    Indiana as well because they still have lots of money.

    I don't care who they have. As long as Westbrook has the ball in his hand in the last 5 minutes of the game, I don't worry about it.
