    OKC needs to find a coach whom WB respects... Donovan is not a bad coach per se, but Russ probably walks all over him.
    They need a guy that will not only demand everyone's respect but someone who can get through to WB and teach him how to play true team ball.

    Obviously, I'm glad this hasn't happened yet (honestly, I'm not even sure if Russ is coachable...)
