    I feel that's our problem we always let go of players like that. We groom the talent under the rookie type contracts and when it's time to resign let them walk for some other young guy to groom for next few years before letting them walk again when time to sign that player.

    How did it go from Paul recruiting Lebron here to Lebron being a Laker and possibly stealing Capela. What type of friendship is this?

    Lakers sign both KCP and Lebron. They should not have any cap space left... I don’t think Capela will get an offer from them.

    I know the lakers signings are confirmed but is it correct that they can't really offer Capela much money?

    It's likely a reaction to the Lakers not having the cap room left to give him the offer sheet he was hoping for. Capela is quickly running out of options.

    The Lakers can't sign Capela unless they clear a lot of cap space. They only have like $2 million in cap space to spend right now. So the Lakers, most likely, are not going to be able to sign Capela.

    They had about 13M after Lebron signing. Then used 12M on KCP.
