I think he's a phenomenal player but looking at the numbers for next summer I don't see any team being able to afford to sign him to $20 mil per. The teams that look like they MIGHT have capspace and are in need of a starting PG are: Knicks Raptors The remaining teams (Wizards, Blazers, Suns, Pelicans, Hornets, Cavs, Grizzlies, Hawks) are either committed to a starting PG already or can't sign him because they shot themselves in the foot with a bad signing (Wall, Rubio, Rozier). Of course you can never rule out a S&T but who wants to get fleeced by Masai next summer. I do agree that he's definitely worth the $20 mil a year though.
FVV is a playoff/finals proven player. I could see one of the YOUNG teams willing to pay for him, Atlanta, Memphis, Charlotte will have money.
Damn, crazy money, but he’s gold. I hope he stays though. I’d keep him over Lowry and would trade Kyle if that means FVV stays since starting is guaranteed.
