    NBA players hate Lin, no doubt. I don't believe it is jealousy as of right now. It is more of your skill level is of a role player. Yet Attention seeking behaviour to be at least talked about. Christian, Racism, Nerdy, Earrings, Spiky Hair, Slick Back Hair, Now Dread Locks, it is offensive to black people. Now this speech putting Harden in his place. He should out of the league by now.

    Jeremy Lin has some personal problems he needs to work on. This is at least the 10th time I have heard him discuss “respect”. He has a real issue he needs to work out.

    If it wasnt for his intolerable nut job fan base who have lost all touch with reality Lin himself is a nice guy and ok role player.

    I’ve never had a problem with Lin, it’s his fans that (to this day) give me headaches. I used to think he somewhat enabled them by being passive-aggressive sometimes, which allowed those nutjobs to misconstrue everything...but I’ve come to realize those f*ckers would’ve gone crazy over every little thing anyway.

    He’s a role-player in this league, not an All-star. If he got the same level of attention as other players in his category (Brandon Knight, Jarret Jack, etc.) I wouldnt mind having him back as a bench rotation guy.

    I think his quote on the Rockets being screwed by the refs is making me soft

    Unless Lin asked permission from Harden to tell this story, best is to tell the story without naming names.

    He communicates the same message to the students without unnecessarily antagonizing Harden, his fans or his camp.

    People can guess but there will always be room for doubt.

    Lin is a true professional and I hope he retires a Rocket!

    But seriously though Lin has proven a lot of people wrong in his career (including me) and I hope he can find some success at the tail end of his career. Just as long as he doesn’t join the warriors
