I am planning to visit Medellin labor day weekend, could you DM me some suggestions on areas to stay, nighlife, places to visit? Thanks!
Serbia actually played really well, they just had trouble keeping it up. Brazil didn’t look amazing but put it together and will be tough for Mexico. The best two teams from the group stages were England and Belgium but who really trusts either of those teams to really be a threat? Would be great if one of them could go far but I would not expect it. France vs Uraguay in the quarters would be brutal defensive madness. Easily would go to penalty kicks after 0-0 through extended time.
Will watch the replay of the game tomorrow and give some analysis. Anyway, hope this marks a new beginning and I'd love to see Kuntz succeeding Löw, he's done a wonderful job with the youth teams and is very underrated.
I mean...that doesn't really disprove what peleincubus, dumbarton and I wrote. Of course I would expect tremendous celebration in Argentina after THEY scored and won the match lol. I wouldn't expect any Nigerian celebrations after that match. If they won I'd have expected it.
Jann-Fiete Arp (17yrs old), who will join Bayern soon and who I wanted before the Bayern rumors. Breh crushed every ****in youth level to pieces and is a generational talent at that position. 37 goals in 45 appearances for Hamburg U17, 9 goals/7 apps for their U19, 7 goals/9 apps A-Junior division, , 26 goals/21apps B-Division, 15 goals/17apps for German U17.
Wow I am really shocked. Germany Always made it out of the group stage at a WC...... Until now. I am actually not happy with it. Yes we have Always had a rivalry with Germany, but out of the big teams (Italy, Brazil, Argentina, France, Spain and even England and Portugal, but I would not call them big teams) I always respected them most (ok not always I will never forget 1990, But the last 10 years it is the case). I do not want any of the big teams that are left winning the cup. I will be rooting for teams like Croatia, Belgium and Mexico and Uruguay). I feel for our German members. But they should be happy that they have a realistic chance to be great again in 2 year. I do not think Dutch soccer will be relevant again in the coming years. It is a strange tournament.
At the Euros (European National Championships) under Ribbeck was the last time they were kicked out. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erich_Ribbeck
