I'm not saying Harden is perfect but this will never work bc issues with DH mentioned in my previous post BUT no doubt Harden has a too cool for school attitude that has to be managed too which is why it just won't work.

At first i thought Howard was bad for Warriors. But after thinking about it...it might not be bad. I mean he couldn't have been any worst than those big guys they have. For the last few years, the Warriors weakness have been at the center spot. They play McGee and Zaza and now they have Bell and i think he's perfect player for them because of his ability to switch. But I would put Howard the 2nd or 3rd best center if he signed with them depending on what team they're matching against. Against a team with traditional center, i would put him as the best center on that team. Against team that play small, then Jordan Bell is the best. For example, against the Rockets? They would have advantage by starting Howard since Capela ain't going to shoot the ball and they will own the rebound which they lack in this year's Playoffs.

In short, Howard could make them even more dominant. Remember, they don't need him to score at all, just rebound and play some defense. All of the Warriors big men play a facilitator role anyway. He fits that team. As for being a cancer....well, i think there is a saying that if you join the best, your behavior tend to change because your role changed. I mean look at Nick Young for example, he's not jacking 3 like it's no body's business like he used to do before he came to the Warriors. He play within the system and did help them somewhat. In short, Howard will be an upgrade over Pachulia and even McGee.

    Love me some @topfive BUT,
Dwert left the Fakers (they had bird rights and were offering a five year $119mill.) for our Rockets...:D
Dwert declined his player option with us when Dtoni came onboard and he elected to become a free agent.

That being said, I don't want him back! AND ..... I don't want him to go to the Warriors either!!!! Best case scenario he signs with a team in the eastern conference!

IF he comes back.... I STILL "In Moori we trust".

I bet you would trade Anderson for Howard straight up in a heartbeat if that were the case

I think he would be the weakness in a GSW v Rockets game. They was switch till Harden or Paul was on him. Then drive around him. That’s why they didn’t play Zaza or much McGee.
He is not as quick as CC so we would have an advantage in transition too.

I personally think both players still have something to offer in certain situations. The only difference is that one is liked by his peers and the other seems to be a primadonna and is not liked by his peers! No doubt that Ryan is overpaid for what he does, but he only accepted what Darwell offered! Like the Godfather said (Darnel) "I'm going to make him (Anderson) an offer he can't refuse"....o_O

I'm not interested. If the guy ends up with Oakland, the odds are excellent that Dwight will destroy their team's cohesion, in my opinion. You know, the chemistry thingy. I can't imagine why Kerr would want to deal with Dwight. The only reason I can think of is ego. Maybe Kerr will think that he can control the uncontrollable. I don't care what Howard says he will do, because he will end up doing what he wants to do in the end. Heck, maybe we should hope that Oakland signs the goofus.

IF Dwight can be had on the cheap... AND IF he is willing to accept his role as a situational player... he'd be just what we need.
We need someone that can score down low when the 3ball aint dropping - grab some boards and provide muscle in the paint as needed - thats what Dwight is all about... if he wants to run 20 mins a night, I'm hopeful that CP3 can feed the post effectively - something we weren't very adept at during his last stint...
    Cheap and situational.

Houston, Atlanta, Charlotte and now Brooklyn could not wait to get rid of Howard. Maybe he's the problem. In any case, would you really prefer Howard over Harden? In 2018?

No one is talking crazy about Dwight. In fact, 5 separate locker rooms are talking accurately about Dwight.

Orlando - "The only surprise to me would be If Dwight started taking responsibility for anything." JJ Redick
Los Angeles "You could tell he wasn’t committed to moving on. He didn’t like it. He was stuck in ‘I don’t like it mode.’ I’m not putting it on him but you can tell it really bothered him.” Steve Nash
Houston - "Back then Houston’s locker room was divided along the fault line separating Harden and Dwight Howard, and factions were so pronounced that one veteran told a new acquisition, “When you come here, you have to pick your side.”
Atlanta - Hawk's players "screamed in jubilation" after hearing Dwight was traded.
Charlotte - Hornets locker room "hated" Dwight Howard. "But he’s hard to deal with, doesn’t accept responsibility, cries a lot, has bad tendencies, awful body language. So all these things contributed to why he was shipped out of Charlotte … People I talked to behind the scenes, guys were just sick and tired of his act. - Brendan Haywood
    .....

Common denominator, and now an unsigned free agent.

Traded for Miles Plumlee, then Timofey Mozgov.

Dude is basketball cancer, plain and simple.

Probably had something to do with them losing. Yes Dwight was a jerk. Harden still is. If it wasn't for CP3s professionalism, the locker room would be divided now because as you saw, Harden had a little problem with him as well. Can't blame Howard for all the problems the team was having. Remember the team was divided, not just for Harden.

The problem is he can’t except his limitations and be a pick and roll player. In the 015 season he did where harden and josh smith played the pick and roll game with him and we excelled but 016 he wanted post touches which resulted in the offense going to hell. His post ups were automatic turnovers.
