Supreme Court barely rules 5-4 that Police need Warrant for Cellphone Location Data

In other words, a Supreme Court justice pick by trump. Did people really expect Gorsuch to be a "typical" pick for the nation's highest court? A deeply experienced man or woman who spent decades immersed in the law of this country? Not hardly. A moderate justice should be sitting on the bench already, a judge I thought too moderate at the time, with Gorsuch still dreaming about a position he doesn't deserve to have, in my opinion. President Obama's pick wasn't even given a hearing. The Republican Party will pay for that down the road. Count on it.

 

Cry me a river. Gorsuch was much more qualified than either of the Obama appointments.

 

Bullish!t. Merrick Garland made Gorsuch look like a tomato. Go cry your own river. Maybe you'll find some truth in the water.

 

Based on what metric (other than appointed by President Obama)?
