Hence why they clashed. Did you forget about the acrimonious comments Pat made about LeBron? Also if you don’t think LeBron has huge input on the roster you’re kidding yourself. He’s kept James Jones in the league longer than any other team wanted. He also convinced Miami to draft Shabazz Napier to try keep him the summer he left for Cleveland.

Why is this lady relevant? I love off season as much as the regular season in regards to posting on this forum.

The best basketball location for Lebron is Houston.

Him wanting to go LA would be pure life style.

You couldn't convince me that Paul George is a better player than Chris Paul or James Harden.

If Lebron is thinking pure basketball then he is coming to Houston or Boston as compared to LA.

You rolling with an overly pessimistic viewpoint due to your clouded judgment doesn't make anyone a homer.

Well if this is the case why so early? Lakers can sign him straight up with cap space starting July 1st.

I think we both know that it has to be this early to get an opt in and trade done. If he planned to leave for nothing as his top option there would be no reason for a meeting at all.

Same thing I’ve been saying!!! It’s really no other logical option. I’ll go even further and say he will choose Houston or Cleveland as 1a/1b respectively. 2,3,4,5 can be any eastern conference team you’d like to insert.

This is a HOUSTON ROCKETS fan site. What did you expect to find here?? A bunch of guys willing to throw our own team and our city under the bus?? We won 65 games, and were one half of basketball away from most likely winning a championship. FOH man. Nobody asked you to come here. Even if you're right and LeBron ends up joining the Lakers, it won't make you any less annoying.

Well Lebron is better than Harden, and Paul George, other than his one horrific injury year, is more available than CP3 at this stage in their careers. Then the Lakers core players of Ingram, Kuzma, Randle, Ball would be equivalent to Capela, Gordon, Ariza, Tucker.

But that's not the real comparison... if Hou could get Lebron without losing much then obviously that's better on paper.

But if Houston doesn't, the Lakers would certainly be around Houston and GSW level... if perhaps not quite there.

If she says Lebron to Houston, you guys can book it - he's going to LA.

I hear ya .... but coming to the west and competing in this conference, with an unproven team and inexperienced roster is a lot to overcome in a unforgiving western conference. Tell me it isn’t a basketball decision and you might have my attention but for basketball reasons, “I can’t get jiggy with this shiii”! But jerseys will burn and his legacy will be somewhat tarnished by running behind Kobe to the Lakers!!!

Huh??? Absolutely not. I don't get this rosy view of the Lakers roster now that LeBron is rumored to sign there. No one was talking about them like this 2 months ago.

Lonzo ball shot 36% this past season as a "shooter " and kuzma is a defensive black hole.

Don't know basketball? Dude shut up. The basketball decision is Houston...homer glasses or not. You are just coming off as one of those people that thinks it's cool to be objective...so much so that it skews even those arguments that you might be a little right about.

This dude is a charmer. He’s been peddling the same argument over and over in every thread - then calls posters here “homers.” Must be the life of the party.
