Reading over the "Snoop" thread I started thinking about pitch people and my favorites. Here are a few...

Ray Charles- "You've got the right one"

The "I love you man" guy. Those were funny.

Growing up the *ONLY* rent-a-car company was Hertz, damn he was the man.

Etonics were Hakeem's first shoes when he came into the NBA. They were butt-ugly. Red-yellow hightops.

I still have my old pair in a box somewhere.

I also have a pair of the original red/black air jordans.

I think I also have a pair of the yellow and purple Magic Johnson converse.

Didn't Hakeem do a McDonald's commercial back in the 80's?

I also remember him doing a commerical for an eyeglass place. He put on this big, fugly pair of glasses and said something unintelligible because of his accent...Does he even need glasses? I always thought those goggles he wore back in the 80's were for protection only...

His best work was in that Snickers commerical where he asked that cab driver in New Yorkto take him to "The Garden" and he gets dropped off at some botanical garden...

Wasn't that where "unbeatable" came from?

No Hakeem used the phrase unbeatable during the playoffs and it became a catch phrase for the Rox. Then they made the McD's commercial with him using the "unbeatable" phrase.
