I'm partial to Yikes. Sounds like something from Life of Pablo which is arguably one of the greatest albums of all time.

Clutchfans got me interested in Kanye (just one of the few artists that I learned about from this site) and I love Yeezus probably more than any other album he has put out (My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy is really good but sometimes too long for me). The Life of Pablo? Eh, it sorta pissed me off that he kept tinkering around with the release date & then he made it only available on Tidal or some ****. So, let me guess with this EP (that is what this really is) that you have to sign up for an account on Tidal if you want to get it?
I think it's on all formats now. U can find it anywhere. Pretty funny how he says he went back to change most his lyrics after the TMZ interview. I don't know if I believe that.
I'll dissent and say that I think this is, by far, the weakest album Kanye has put out. One of the more exciting things about his albums in the past was that you knew you'd be hearing an artist push himself to find new sounds. This album sounds like it was rushed and is a retread of some of what we heard on The Life of Pablo. There are some great moments on the record but, on the whole, it's repetitive and uninteresting.
Kanye haters that dismiss his music because of his public persona are missing out on some amazing artistry. I love him, and I love this album. Ghost Town is amazing.
Briefly listened to the album this past weekend - was really digging Wouldn't Leave. About to play it in its entirety on my lunch break.
I gave Ye one full spin a few days ago. My opinion could change after another listen or two, but I wasn't really digging the album too much. It sounded kinda boring.
I think Kanye is an idiot personally but he makes some unbelievable music. Still it is a little hard for me to get excited over essentially an EP or mini album.
Any time someone recommends you listen to something "loud as you possibly can," it indicates weakness. College dropout and Late Registration were great. Everything since is hit or (mostly) miss. Will check out.
