Free agent Second rounder Lakers have around $60 million cap space. LeBron and George could walk there. And the Lakers could then conceivably trade for a third superstar, possibly Kawhi I suppose, if he's actually available. But then what.......? 2019 LeBron, plus George, plus Kawhi......isn't as good as the Big 3 Heat teams. And it for sure isn't getting it done against the Warriors.....or us. And Lebron knows it. Because even if those three guys go to LA, we're going to get another guy. And that guy will likely come without us giving up Gordon or Capela. Folks, just watch. We're about to checkmate the league with our salary cap management. The Warriors will be hollering it's not fair. The next three seasons are going to be crazy good. And we will become the greatest team ever assembled.

That's not possible. To acquire both LeBron and George.....CC has to go as does Gordon. We're in the cat bird seat here because........very simply......because cp3 ......and Morey. Just watch. Any Rocket fan that doesn't love and respect CP3 now will have no choice but to love and respect him after this off-season. The man is a winner. He's super smart. And he's on the precipice of becoming the next Jerry West after he becomes arguably the best pg to ever play the game. This is Chris Paul's moment. And he knows it. And he's going to make it happen. Just watch.
Probably not until he is bought out halfway through the season. He's not going to walk away from his last big money. He'll become a nuisance and distraction. The Clips will fall out of playoff chase. And they'll finally buy him out or trade him to a team that will buy him out. He'll then be available to us in a small deal. That's the most likely DJ scenario. We've got bigger fish to fry than DJ.
Because of Chris Paul and his drive for basketball greatness. And because of Morey. We have 3 NBA geniuses in Harden, Paul, and Morey. And we're fixing to have 4. Offensive geniuses. Defensive geniuses. And salary cap geniuses. Watch it happen. Don't stress this off-season. It's probably going to be decided quickly. And true Rocket fans are going you be in for the basketball thrill of a lifetime. I'm not saying we're winning three straight titles for sure. The Warriors have plenty of tricks up their sleeves. They're going to be attempting to counter our move(s). And they will likely be successful. But we're going to be there. We're going to be great. And we have a super great chance of becoming the greatest team ever assembled and the greatest team to ever win championships. My prediction: Some time in the next three seasons, the league will either realign that Conferences and Divisions or they will re-arrange playoff cedings or both. They want the two best teams to meet in the Finals.
