Dantoni needs to go, been proven every playoffs an entire offense based on only pick and rolls or shooting contested 3s doesn't work. Need someone to run actual plays , off ball action, motion etc

Yep, look at Golden State. They win because they shoot so few 3s

All these factors/problems are a feature, not a bug, of Statistics Major Morey's efficient lab-tested simulation-approved gameplan.

    Pringles is a natural fit.

The threes we took were not very contested. Many were wide open. We just missed shots.

I like our offense, but we are only 13th in the league in 3p%. The Warriors are 1st in 3p%. That's a big difference. Morey needs to keep improving the team. I have no problems with MDA.

Maybe things would have ended differently with CP3 playing, but we will never know.

The Rockets wouldn’t have taken that many 3s in the second half if Chris Paul was playing. That’s why he was brought here, to mix things up and help run the offense. Two games in a row Rockets fall apart in the second half where Chris Paul has won the game for us. Unfortunately he’s injury prone and can’t be counted on when it really matters. Blame for Morey as well for knowing this and having no backup plan.

I would to be fine with that many threes when I have the three best shooters in NBA history.

The Rockets don't have the personnel to jack up.that many **** threes.

Real talk. They shot way too many unnecessary threes and paid for it.

Most of theirs are guys wide open after cutting and running through several screens to get space, id say half of ours are step back/pull up. Plus I don't think we had one guy in the top 50 in 3pt %

A game like this you need big big big heart to make a 3! Sadly the one with big heart cannot play. But we try.i don’t konw if we can get another chance to make Golden States fear.

Since the Rockets missed so many threes, that will be the narrative of why we lost instead of the refs gift wrapping the Warriors over 10 points and we only lost by 9.

After the first half, I was fully prepared to agree with this. I'm not normally one to ever use the weak blame-the-refs argument, but that was pretty incredibly bad stuff. I scored around 8 points the officials directly removed from Houston (back2back terrible calls on Harden's 3s, Capela wrapped up by Durant on an offensive board, Gordon clobbered in the lane by 2-3 warriors).

HOWEVER, the game in general was called fairly loose (Tucker had a steal on Thompson in front of an official in Q2/3 where he clearly fouled 2x). Also, Rockets played like trash in the 2nd half. Tired legs, dying by the jacked-up 3.
