Main Reasons why Rockets "Lost" This Series

Don’t forget Luc’s injury. He was specifically signed for playing against GSW. We clearly missed our bench play with CP3 being out. Anderson is one of the worst Rockets player in history...$20M pile of trash.

I'm a bit dissapointed in our coaches' rotations/ decisions. Luc, Jjo, and Green were playable off the bench this series and he plays Ryan Anderson in a critical stretch in the 3rd while Curry is still in. Curry gets it going the lead blossoms and our guys are completely gassed.

 

just to add to OP, the first part of the season i was begging for morey to get us a backup PG. paul was out so much this season, this should have been a priority. instead he added useless crap all season that we couldn't even use for 1 game in the playoffs. that detail might have made the difference. imagine a jameer nelson in uniform tonite.

 

The reality is the Rockets dont know how to close a game. This has been a problem all season long. We can get away with it with almost all of the other scrub teams who do not have shooters.

Both game 6 and 7 we were up by 15+ at the half. If this team is too tired after the 1st half, then stop playing a sprint and learn to play a marathon.
