    So you cringe about going against Okafor and Towns and not Embiid? Who is 10 times the talent Okafor is and his game actually suits the modern NBA?

    10x the game of Okafor is a HUGE reach. Embiid doesn't have the offensive repertoire of Okafor. He's a defensive stopper. Both however have the tools/potential to improve in their respective areas of weakness, but i'd still say Okafor is more a rare breed as far as the centers of today's game goes.

    No see you are confusing him with Noel. Noel is the one who is just a defensive stopper. The reason Okafor is a rare breed right now is because the game has moved on from back to the basket big men who can't defend the pick and roll. Do you know how hard is to build around one of them? Just ask Charlotte.

    Anyway the point is the previous poster was acting like there is no young star talent in the East which is plain wrong. Russel and Mudiay from this draft alone will end up in the East but I don't see anyone mentioning it only about Towns and Okafor.

    I think 2 more maybe 3. I don't see anyone in the east rising up. The next super duper star is KAT and he is in the west. Simmons could be good, but it will take him at least 4 years to be good enough to do it.

    If he can do 8 or 9 straight finals that would be pretty impressive.

    Well when the best East could offer was the Raptors, then he will make it for another couple years barring crazy trades or injuries.

    Lebron has a lifetime contract with Nike, so at least the rest of his life. Maybe his kids will have to carry on the legacy from there

    I don't see a team in the east that's close to challenging them. Atleast 2 more finals. Should have kept Wiggins though
