This seems like the appropriate thread for this.

Ref highlights mainly from Q2 and Q3, up until our 7 point deficit with 10 mins left.

Without refs dictating the previous two quarters at that point, we are likely looking at a very different landscape for the final 10 minutes of the game.

the nba has been fixing games for a long time now and it aint gonna stop anytime soon. as long as betting free masons are involved running the show its a done deal. also take into account players in on it and faked injuries.

i watched the rockets get robbed in 93 and 97

how people on here can watch this and not see the refs created a 20 point swing is baffling to me.

Apparently to GSW fans Rockets were gifted (IE: refs "helped" us) game 4 and 5 lol.

I never understood why it has to be 100 percent one or the other.

Did the refs single handily ruin our chances of winning? No. Did they hurt our chances to win? Yup.

Will the refs continue this in game 7? I say no,I believe it will be a close game.I have no idea who the nba would want to win but depending on who wins the east i say if cavs win then rockets will get the calls at home. Nobody wants to see Golden State sweep Cleveland in the finals

refs took away at least 10 points away from the rockets on offense and 10 points away from the rockets on defense.

they took 10 points away on offense from swallowing whistles on foul calls at the rim and on jumpshots. plus things like that bogus offensive foul harden had on curry and that bogus backcourt violation which was shown to not be a bad call.

a lot of the turnovers committed were directed attributed to the bias officiating.

they took 10 points away on defense from all those touch fouls on durant and letting draymond get away with bear hugging defenders to stop them from contested at the rim.

the turnovers also attributed to the bad defense because it got them out into transition.

I get the part where EG and Harden misses the 3s and FT, but the lopsided no call or calls against Rox are ridiculously obvious.

One minor mistake in the video is that the backcourt violation was legit (both the player and the ball have to be in the frontcourt; the ball was on the midcourt line, which is considered backcourt during frontcourt play). But other than that seeing this is beyond frustrating, but a good video to see that what I was seeing was also seen on TV as well.

Agreed, it's better to just make a video of all of the egregious calls and leave the borderline ones out to avoid corrupting your message.

Just a quick-moving video of the Rockets getting hacked on drives with no call would've been my choice.

Nobody complained much about the refs after the other two losses in this series (even though they were clearly skewed in GS's favor also), because they didn't completely alter the flow of the game. Last night was blatantly obvious that the NBA wanted a game 7. The Warriors were totally beat.

It didn't even look like they wanted it until a few free throws went through. They gained confidence from hacking our guys and it not getting called. It empowered them to play more freely.

The Capela layup he missed that he got fouled on was obvious. The Gordon drive where 3 guys hit him and then immediately GS gets a ticky-tacky foul on the other end was ridiculous. The numerous out of bounds calls that were clearly off the Warriors (one time two Warriors hit it and no Rocket was close and they got the ball back under their basket). All of this, not to mention Harden getting 0 free throws on about 11 drives to the basket all with contact. The most egregious and obvious of all were the offensive fouls. Nick Young was fouling Harden before he'd even dribble and then flop every time Harden moved. Should have been a clear blocking foul every time he just jumped his body into Harden after he made a move, not an offensive foul.

You're telling me a 65 win team lets a 17 point lead dwindle into a 30 blowout...a FORTY SEVEN point swing (something the Rockets haven't done all season) because for some unknown reason Klay Thompson got hot?

Basketball ESPECIALLY at the NBA level is about momentum and runs. In turn, momentum and runs are controlled by player confidence and effort.

It doesn't take a brain scientist to see that confidence and effort can be easily manipulated by a 1 sided officiating crew taking the game over in the course of most of one quarter of a game. It affected the Rockets in how they defend, what they can and can't do on offense, how aggressive the Warriors can be on defense, and on and on.

This leads to frustration, which leads to bad play, poor shot selection, bad defensive rotations, lowered energy level, EVERYTHING about what makes for successful momentum and runs and does the exact opposite for the team receiving the benefit of the calls.

It's basic human psychology. The body does what the mind allows. If the mind is convinced nothing is allowed, then the body follows suit.

NBA wants another Lebron vs Warriors finals. Wouldn't be surprised at all if refs favor the Cavs tonight.

That's the main reason why we should root for Boston to win tonight. No more LeBron vs GS narrative, no more (at least not as much) incentive for helping GS.

blaming the refs is just an easy excuse to use. youre not beating GS by scoring 25 pts in a half. sooner or later you just realize that team is just too much in the long run for a team down one of your best players and leader

Why do people believe the nba wants Cavs vs Worriors part 5 ? Why would people want to see lebron get sweept ?The better match up is MVP james harden and banana boat buddy cp3 against King James .
