Mix in a little focus next time and the brisket will taste even better, or at least it will look better in the photo.

I think that empty bottle sitting next to the tongs may have something to do with the lack of focus in this shot.
ima2k is close to the reason why, the other reason is because it was dark out there...and I had never used the "night vision" feature of the camera.. Im lucky it came out as well as it did.... one beer for the brisket...two beers for the cook...one beer for the brisket.....three beers for the cook....
