Who else is stuck at work today?

I'm at work and yes it does suck. Many people did take off today to have that 4 day weekend but I just had too much work to do to take off after a 5 day weekend last week.

 

I have been off from work since Dec. 23.

I do not look forward to Monday morning and getting back into the groove of things.

 

Well, I'm going to do some work today. But that's the beauty of my job. I can work wherever there is internet access, so in this case, I can do some work, then enjoy my time in beautiful Northern California!

 

I'm here but its because I don't want to burn one of my 35 days off yet. Its VERY slow today - I think I go renew my drivers license.

 

I'm at work today, but it is slow, so my boss and I are heading out to Williams Brothers to scarf some ribs for lunch. I will probably split early...got gigs tonight and Saturday, so I'll go home and lie down for a while.

 

I am at work today and will work out and then leave at lunchtime.

I always hate it when Christmas Day and New Year's fall on a weekday other than Monday or Friday!

Or did you just save a bunch up over the last couple of years?

working a half day today..dont know why. Its not like anything is happening out here.

 

I roll 1 week each year. And they are PTO (Paid Time Off = Sick/Vacation/Whatever). I didn't have much planned today at home so I use them when I have something going on.

But it is nice having this much "free" time.

And I'm at work today, but by choice. I'm working on another revision of a dumbass research paper.

 

Yeah, that was nice, B-Bob. Perfect excuse to spend the day at the movies.

Haven't had a chance to check my e-mail yet, but it looks like that Monday will be our day in the City.

 

I worked on Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, and New Years. It sucks. I know.

 

At work and have very little to do. But I'd rather earn money than just sit at home.

 

That's perfect! I have to work some, but it'll be easy to hook up.

 

The Warriors and Rockets play that night too!

 

Just have to find a sports bar that serves wheatgrass, but if you can find that anywhere, it'll be here. Seriously, check your email, and let's leave this poor thread to its originally scheduled programming.
