How bad does this suck? It's VERY dead and there didn't seem to be a soul at all on the highway this morning except for the party hogs coming home from their all-nighters...and what's up with this mid April weather pattern?

Ugh. I'm not diggin' 1/02/04 at all...

I'm at work and yes it does suck. Many people did take off today to have that 4 day weekend but I just had too much work to do to take off after a 5 day weekend last week. :(

I have been off from work since Dec. 23.

I do not look forward to Monday morning and getting back into the groove of things. :(

Well, I'm going to do some work today. But that's the beauty of my job. I can work wherever there is internet access, so in this case, I can do some work, then enjoy my time in beautiful Northern California!

    :D

I'm here but its because I don't want to burn one of my 35 days off yet. Its VERY slow today - I think I go renew my drivers license.

I'm at work today, but it is slow, so my boss and I are heading out to Williams Brothers to scarf some ribs for lunch. I will probably split early...got gigs tonight and Saturday, so I'll go home and lie down for a while.

I am at work today and will work out and then leave at lunchtime.

I always hate it when Christmas Day and New Year's fall on a weekday other than Monday or Friday!

You get 35 days off? A year?

Or did you just save a bunch up over the last couple of years?

I roll 1 week each year. And they are PTO (Paid Time Off = Sick/Vacation/Whatever). I didn't have much planned today at home so I use them when I have something going on.

But it is nice having this much "free" time.

Didya enjoy that big storm we had for you in the early hours of 2004?

And I'm at work today, but by choice. I'm working on another revision of a dumbass research paper.

Yeah, that was nice, B-Bob. Perfect excuse to spend the day at the movies.

Haven't had a chance to check my e-mail yet, but it looks like that Monday will be our day in the City.

At work and have very little to do. But I'd rather earn money than just sit at home.

Just have to find a sports bar that serves wheatgrass, but if you can find that anywhere, it'll be here. Seriously, check your email, and let's leave this poor thread to its originally scheduled programming.

Again, yes, I am at work today. Anyone want to hear excerpts of the world's most boring research paper?
