"Hearts on Fire" (the ending song) plays during the training sequence after the "Training Montage" song ends, specifically, when Rocky climbs up the mountain ("DRAAAAGOOOO!!! DRAAAAGOOOO!!!").

Don't argue with me; I know my Rocky tunes.

I wouldn't presume to know more about Rocky music than you. :) But wouldn't the "Training Montage" really be more of a piece of the score rather than an actual 80's song?

Good ones. I was cleaning out some old bags from my parents attic a few weeks back and found around 20 live taped recordings of the 93 QZone radio shows from around 88-89. Damn, the memories just came flooding back. :)

Here's a few more that remind me of Numbers, Carrs and Lizard Lounge in the middle to late 80s:

    Moses P.- Twilight Zone
    The Big Supreme- Don't Walk
Poesie Noire- Pity for Thyself <--- Still kicks major friggin' bootay!
    Airplane Crashers- White Rabbit
Section 25- Looking from a Hilltop
    The Bolshoi- A Way
    Nick Heyward- Tell Me Why
    Colm III- Take Me High
Kyper- What Gets Your Body Hyped (XTC, XTC)
    Until December- Until December
    Vicious Pink- Take Me Now
Eric B. and Rakim- Paid In Full
Twin Hype- Do It To The Crowd
    Noel- Silent Morning
    Sandra- Secret Land
    Falco- Rock Me Amadeus
    Edelweiss- Bring Me Edelweiss
    Peter Schiling- A Different Story
Real Life- Send Me An Angel
    Consolidated- You Suck
The Smiths- How Soon Is Now
Tom Tom Club- Genius of Love
    Peter Murphy- Cuts You Up
    The Normal- Warm Leatherette
Revolting Cocks- Beers, Steers and Queers

Ok, my hands hurt from typing now. Hope these tunes help take some back in the day.

By the way- If any of you dig the tunes posted, The Record Rack has a whole section of 80 club mix CDs spun by DJ Wes Wallace. They're a little pricey (30- 45 dollars each) but well worth it.

Another classic one is "Cars" by Gary Numan. I am listening to the album that has "Cars" on it in "The Pleasure Principle" - good stuff.
