ClutchFans Game Thread: Rockets @ Warriors 5/20/2018 (Western Conference Finals, Game 3)

Just saying what happened, didnt know i was telling a story. Not my fault KD was infecting 2 channels at the same time.

 

Hopefully Lebron will level the playing field this summer here in Houston. This is just a prelude to a rivalry, the real rivalry starts next seasons.

 

I have more of a problem with the offense then the defense. Our defense was great in the first half, and then.....we'll yall saw what happend.

Looney is really giving problems to Harden and CP....I dont know what the hell we can change though.

It's puzzling because they came out, first like 4 mins or so, looked like they were making easy work of their defense...

It all collapsed, Warriors took a timeout, then there was this frantic back and forth, they never looked the same after that for some reason.

It could be how the game was called, I do think there is a lot of truth to refs softening teams. They call a lot of tick tack touch fouls on the Rockets to start the game (Rockets were in the bonus with about half of the first quarter left) and sort of set the tone. Whatever the reason, they lost their will at halftime.

 

TOTALLY agree....why he doesn't even need garbage time....#5 will shoot the ball.

 

We deserved whatever **** we get from Skip, Colin, Greenberg and all them assholes tonight. We had our shot to make a statement and BLEW IT.

Eric Gordon+ Ryan Anderson = 34 mil in cap space. Fill that space with lebron or Paul George. Will James defer to either of those guys is a mystery in itself?

 

The better team gets the win on the road. GS made sure they got that in game 1. The better team also establishes home court, whixh the warriors did in game 3. They are doing what it takes. We won a home game.

 

That was very disappointing. Wow

 

Probably better to get blown out than lose by 1 but geez that was PATHETIC.

Unacceptable performance.

 

James Harden should be shamefully embarrassed tomorrow all day. Some way and some how this guy has to take pride in playing defense. If he doesn't he is saying by those actions he doesn't give a f about winning a championship.

Thankfully I recorded the game so I was an hour behind. Turned that crap off at the end of the 3rd quarter. That was brutal. I don't know how you guys kept watching that!!

I couldnt listen to Reggie Miller for 12 more minutes.

 

Jeckle and Hyde Rockets at it again tonight. The amount of highs and lows with this group is astounding.

No one really bothered to show up and that is the most dismaying aspect of this game. The dismissive nonchalant attitude displayed out there was astonishing considering the magnitude of the occasion.

Look no shame losing to a a more talent laden outfit but the manner in you put forth effort is a critical aspect of a teams outlook and identity. That was a totally disparity between the teams interms of willingness to play hard and play with some grit.
