As a teacher and coach in a Title 1 school in the Houston area, these stories hit home and are always in the back of my head. I wasn't even going to comment on this story at the moment, let alone when I'm at work. But to see a comment like this makes me sick to my stomach. You're taking the brutal murder of children and making a comment about how NBA officials will alter their method of officiating to what? Punish the Rockets? Why? How? You should be better than this, I am completely ashamed that you're a fellow Rockets fan at the moment.

Good point but you got it twisted. All NBA Refs are gun nuts (they love hot shooting!) so we should get some 8 on 5 action in our favor for once.
With all the fervent praying it is absolutely astounding that these things keep happening. The shooter apparently was a maladjusted gun nut living in a trailer. Good thing there aren't too many of those types around.
