I would take Clint Capela over Chris Paul

Would absolutely LOVE Kawhi, but there's no way in hell the Spurs even pick up the phone when the Rockets call. They aren't sending their top-5 NBA All-Star to a team in their very division and conference. LeBron is the only possible trump card answer.

Nobody gonna take that Ryan ANderson contract

Maury just outdid himself and the good work he has done with that single contract

If you want all three and to keep Capela. Someone will have to take a pay cut correct? If Paul wants to win he can't be wanting the max into his late 30's and expect that.

Yes. It's possible you don't know how basketball works. Offense would be fine, but the biggest problem is that LeBron doesn't give much defense anymore. For example, Warriors would be worse with LeBron instead of Draymond right now even though he one of the best players ever.

    I know that.

I am just saying whats needed to beat this Warriors team.

Either Kawhi or PG + Lebron.

Get either done and then we have a very good chance of matching up with them on both ends.

Kevin Durant joined a 70+ win team that had won the championship.

One of the top 3 players in the league joined a 70+ win team that had won the championship.

Take your time to process that.

Thats what the league is up against.

You're so wrong, it hurts. LeBron has all the tools to play defense both physically and mentally. He can't put as much effort into it on Cleveland because he is doing everything for them on offense.

We can buy kawaii or leborn, AD, cousins also fine next year. Otherwise we cannot beat warriors.

That's quite possibly the most ridiculous statement I've seen in a while.

LeBron's ENTIRE defensive core right now revolves around him and Tristan Thompson. He has Korver, JR, Hill and Love out on the wing with Jose Calderon, Jeff Green, and Jordan Clarkson off the bench. Quite grit n' grind defensive squad they got there, eh? It's kind of like Harden on the defensive end... when you're forced to carry such an offensive load you tend to slack on the defensive end. I'm not even going to address the ridiculous statement saying if you replace Draymond with LEBRON JAMES to team him up with KD would make them [the Warriors] worse. Jesus lord.

    LeBron defends when it matters.

@BigggReddd sure Lebron has some big time blocks.. he’s an athletic phenomenon and will likely be the best to ever play the game.. but he plays in the Eastern Conference, therefore his game is weak according to the interwebz

We should definitely discuss that after the series, the Rox can still take the Champs to 6 or 7, at least have it in them.

If that is the case, then the gap is not that wide.

And they'll also go on to claim losing in the finals is worse than losing in the first round (Jordan fans) bc muh 6-0 = GOAT STATUS

I think there’s a chance to get LeBron and still keep Capela. We would have to trade for LeBron the same way we did CP3 (he would have to opt in). I could be wrong, but I think we could still sign Capela since we have Bird rights...

Would take a major commitment from Tillman, but I think he would do it.
