    Win or lose just play smart and give 100 on defense.

    Went and watched first game of the season. Ryno and EG were major difference makers. Of course there’s been a lot to learn but just loving the aggressiveness of EG taking anyone and everything to the paint.

    Im proud of how we did this season. No shame in losing to a ridiculously overkill all star team thats ruining the NBA. But if we do win it'll be a story for the ages. Go Rockets!

    If clint capela control the rebounds and protect the paint, no way we lose!

    Besides Curry being injured. When has played, he has been amazing. Why would you think that?

    Both teams were showing they could have a sure bad game. Bad shooting and bad energy wise.

    and heres a beautiful song by @Os Trigonum that goes with it

    "Release the Kraken"

    After the Thunders did lose to the Jazz;
    Far far away on the Rockets bench,
    While the fans, ClutchFans, persistently razz
    The Kraken sitteth: faintest insults’ stench
    About his bench-ridden ass; above him hang
    Jumbotrons of millennial growth and height;
    And far away into the sickly light,
    From many a spacious seat the Rowdies gang
    Undaunted and enormous dance cams leap
    Cheering with waving arms the resting has-been.
    There hath he sat for ages, with his loot,
    Fattening upon huge payroll in his keep,
    Until the latter fire shall heat him deep;
    Then once by man and clutchfans to be seen,
    In roaring he shall rise and from past the arc shoot.

    If I’m not mistaken, draymond needs 1 more technical to be suspended 1 game.

    It bodes well for the league if they can extend this series $$$.

    If this is a quick series, and assuming Cleveland will be another quick one, the league needs to do something to restore balance because we are the best shot at taking them down.

    i think donkey got his first tech called in game 4 vs pels, so he still needs 6 more before any suspension. the league has been protecting him well.

    his technical count reset when the playoffs started. gives him a ton a leeway to do his usual sneaky dirty tactics.

    Nick Wright: Fair or not, as brilliant as James Harden has been the last 4 regular seasons, this series will be a referendum on him, his style and him as a champion level player. Harden will win MVP & there's still a segment of NBA fans who feel he does it through bait & switch, tricking the refs, herky jerky stuff, not just raw great basketball skills. I don't subscribe to that. But if Harden isn't brilliant, they can't win. If he's mediocre, they can't keep it close. If he's not great in this series, it won't matter what he does in any regular season going forward. He'll never be in the MVP discussion again because people will hold this against him. People will say "Who cares?" Fair or not, this will be a referendum on Harden.

    Why do I think he can be great over the course of the series? I've seen him be great over the course of 4 years. I've seen him statistically be the best player in the league this year. I believe in him. Maybe I'll look foolish for it. I believe in Chris Paul. Clint Capela is one of the more underrated players in the league.

    Cris: I'm starting to like Golden State.

    Nick: The more people you talk to around the league, it feels like they'd be more shocked by Houston winning this series than by the Celtics beating the Cavs.

    Get up crew just said they’d rather have Klay and Steph over Cp3 and harden. But then they said Cp3 has better handles than Steph. Lol.

    Harden Cp3 and KD would dominate more than Klay Steph and kd. These fools are tripping. KD is the real mvp is that team

    Nah Steph is the MVP of that team. KD is his sidekick. If the Rockets can limit Steph they win the series.

    I just dont see the NBA letting another warriors vs Cavs in the finals happen again, at least this soon. They will lose ton of viewers if that happens again. I am very confident in the rockets but i think the nba/refs will be on our side also.

    Rockets and Cavs in the finals is what the people wanna see.

    “We have rings” isn’t a valid reason why your team will win a series.

    I'd rather the NBA not be in the business of deciding via the refs who does and doesn't get to the Finals. We've been down that road already in 2002 with the Kings and Lakers.

    And the sad thing is I don't know if that's even true. I personally agree that another Warriors-Cavs Finals would be tiresome(and I don't just say that because I'm rooting for the Rockets). Barring injury, there isn't a snowball's chance in hell of Cleveland winning the title. But maybe the NBA is content with the same two teams going at it for the championship every year(provided one of them has LeBron). All they give a crap about in the end is ratings and as far as I know, Warriors-Cavs seems to still attract a lot of viewers.
