Durant already did it once, so that’ll make it okay for him to do it.

I personally would love to see him get to the ECF, only to see him lose to the sixers.

Let’s see what excuses he’ll make for joining the sixers.

Maybe so...I am in the camp who cant stand LeBron and would rather beat him than join him. But the potential drama of this is fascinating to me.

Him & Durant are of the same cloth already. Actually, Lebron CREATED this whole superteam trend for KD to follow. He wants to go to a team already finals ready, but all the best teams are in the west where everything isn't handed to him on a platter. If he stays in the east he'll be safe, but will receive a little criticism. I'd put my money on him staying in the east where he can beat up on the mediocre teams

anyone not named Harden, CP3, or Clint can go for Lebron

do whatever it takes to get him here if the Rockets can’t beat GS in the WCF

Fit issues? Chemistry issues? Adjusting style of play? If u want a championship u bring him here...

Stephen A. already told us that, now confirmed by Lee Jenkins. They don't want to gut the team for LeDvia.

I think all parties are right. We are not gutting the team. I think the problem is that SAS and Jenkins assume it absolutely requires gutting the team. That is false. If the opt-in deal is there it happens. Any other deal for him is DOA. If his first move is opting out then we have moved on. For the opt-in to work, we have to dump Ryno and the trade is essentially EGo or Tucker for LBJ. You have to do it. If the deal is available is the hard part to me, not the fit. If anything, I think people here are downplaying the offseason because we are in the playoffs and no need to make waves. I am sure 1 second after we are no longer playing that focus changes.

I do not like how he talks to teammates. It’s one thing to be a vocal leader, but he divides the team.

    I don’t want LeBron.

"LaBrawn is waffling on his decision, sauces said. 'He's split 50/50', another sauce said. Dan Gilbert is beside himself, driving through downtown Cleveland begging LaBrawn's family & posse through texts for the address to LaBrawn's home."

I wonder if from a salary cap standpoint, trading Anderson, Nene, Onuaku and Jackson would be enough to match Lebron's contract, that pretty much 27M...cause if that's right well, trading those guys wouldn't exactly be gutting the team...if the Cavs would not force us to trade Gordon and they would be ok by just getting picks, you do that without even thinking.

Lol @ fit and breaking up what we have. We haven't even won, much less even challenged GS to at least 7 games. Let's see how that goes first. It's our first true season of contender status and CP3 will be 34 next season.
GS had no problem "breaking up" a championship team that won 69 and 73 games for Durant lol. "We can't lose Harrison Barnes, Andrew Bogut, Mo Speights and Festus Ezeli for KD! That's all of our team chemistry for one player!" That's foolish. If you have to lose ariza and gordon and luc becuse you can't get rid of Ryno, you lose them. If anything, LeBron teams get replenished yearly with vet buyouts anyway. Think of all the bad ass uniforms we'd get too ;) Throwbacks would 100% be back.

CP3 is not going to give us 82 games per season. Likely, what we saw this year is what we'll always have from him. 50-65 games. LeBron and Harden can take turns taking over all those games CP3 misses. If It's true LeBron wants to play off ball, he's ready and i would love to have him if he flat out said it this summer. There are players i've actively rooted against, Kobe, Shaq, Westbrook even. You have to be fool to reject anyone of that caliber from joining your team. Yes, even Stockton or Malone.
So many legends have come through Houston, it's added to our franchise prestige to have Harden and now CP3, just imagine what LeBron would do for us. Honestly, we'd probably surpass the Lakers with regards to legends. Hakeem, Moses, Elvin Hayes, Calvin Murphy, Rudy T, Rick Barry, Ralph Sampson, Clyde Drexler, Charles Barkley, Scottie Pippen, Steve Francis, Yao Ming, Tracy McGrady, Dikembe Mutombo, James Harden, Dwight Howard, Chris Paul, Jeremy Lin AND LeBron James? Unbelievable.

Let me just stop you there. Let's stop dreaming of scenarios where our easiest path is finding someone to take our junk. Be realistic, we probably have to lose Ariza and Luc(Both UFA) and trade Gordon and lots of our little contracts and Nene and re-sign Capela and CP3 over the cap and get vet buyouts mid way through next season.

If we lose to the Warriors and then the Cavs lose to the Warriors again you can almost guarantee he joins Houston. Honestly Harden/Paul/LBJ vs Durant/Curry/Klay/Donkey would be epic entertainment.
