    Not surprising McFail hasn't gotten a coaching job since getting fired. Not even an interview for the multiple coaching positions currently available on the market.

    Definite growth on Harden's behalf. Harden for the most part in this year's playoff has done his job along with Capela. Everyone else have been inconsistent but the team is superior to the first couple of opponents so far in these playoffs. Gordon having the right mindset will be huge moving forward. With a consistent Gordon, the team will be hard to beat.
