Feels so good to beat Utah on the road.

Let’s go out and take it to them Sunday so we can close it out at home.

 

I know this isn't exactly an original thought.... But Capela so far has outplayed two all star caliber centers in these playoffs... I'm terrified of the inevitable ridiculous offer sheet the Brooklyn Nets are going to throw at him.

 

We obviously lit them up in the 1st half, but this game was won on the defensive end. Wish we would show that sort of effort on defense every night!

 

Man, that movie is something else. It's a tough call when trying to pick the most ridiculous and funny Van Damme movie... but Hard Target tops the list for me. Great stuff.

I am pretty sure MDA has lost confidence in Ryno. Same here. He hasn't played for an extensive period of time for the longest, and it shows. What a waste...

 

Game was a must win & the Pels played like it.

I disagree, our Bench just let up in the second half. We completely dominated them.

After Game 2's stinker, I wasn't sure how the Rockets would respond, but I assumed it would be positively. What I didn't expect was a wire-to-wire blowout win against one of the most raucous home crowds in the NBA!

I'm not sure I've ever heard the Jazz fans this quiet, and I remember watching a game in which the Rockets blew them out by like 50 points.

The best part of it was, there was still a lot of room for improvement--CP3 played OK, James played OK, but neither of them were at their best, and they didn't need to be.

If the Rockets score their 3s, they'll win. I'm glad to see Eric Gordon back from his extended vacation, and the rest of the NBA should be terrified.

Clint Capela is the future. He was changing so many shots around the rim, and had some blocks that made me jump out of my seat.

Also, it's telling that a blowout thread has way less posts than a loss...some people just need to complain, I guess. And I suppose I'm one too, because I'm always complaining about the complainers.

But seriously...if you look at this thread from the mid 3rd quarter to the end, you would swear the Rockets were down instead of blowing out a tough team in front of a tough crowd. It's a little exasperating.

Anyway though, GO ROCKETS!!!! Next game will be tougher, but if they can pull it out, game 5 at home will be electric!
