Saw the trailer at the Lord of The Rins, butI haven't seen a release date. I think this is one of the more promising movies of 2004. Ashton Kutcher plays a serious role, and looks like he does a great job. It also has Amy Smart in it, who's not to bad looking. Kutcher plays the main character, who has the ability to go back in time and alter his life. He ends up going back and trying to fix several things that went wrong in his childhood, but everytime he goes back, something else in his life goes wrong. This movie looks like a great movie, very promising. I'm pumped for it. Oh yeah, here's the trailer. And the main site.
Sorry, about the double-post, but I forgot to mention that if anyone wants to see if they can find a release date (the trailer says coming soon), feel free. Sorry about the typing, too. It seems whatever typing skills I had went down the drain.

Doesn't look that good to me. It's been done before, and the rehashes previous to it weren't that good either.
hm...no intention to rain on your parade...but after seeing this trailer twice recently, i have busted out laughing at the end both times...looks like complete trash to me. different strokes for different folks, i guess.
This looks nothing like Donnie Darko to me. And this movie does look promising but thats it. It looks like it could be a joke also you never know with a movie that looks like this.
This looked good to me, but I like this kind of movie. If you know the future, can you really change the future for the good? Sort of like a dark non-comedic Ground Hog Day.
The plot isn't necessarily exactly the same, but the basic premise is - that you can't mess with fate. The funny thing about Donnie Darko is that it is very open to interpretation.
