    ESPN: Kelly is a Washington transfer who recorded 53 tackles, one interception and 12 pass breakups in 12 starts last year. He's tall with average top-end speed, but his short shuttle (4.68) is a glaring red flag for a corner prospect.

    Rotoworld: Texans selected San Jose State CB Jermaine Kelly with the No. 222 overall pick in the 2018 NFL draft. Kelly (6'/197) ran 4.52 at his Pro Day. He was a one-year starter at San Jose State but showed a lack of field awareness and isn't all that strong. However, Kelly does have good size. He'll compete for a roster spot.

    CBS Sports: (C) Tall, skinny cornerback. Not overly productive in college. Better athlete than player at this point.

    I know nothing about this guy. I voted yes. Dont really expect much in the 7th round. Hope he surprises me! Prob needs to build some musclrs.

    Failed multiple drug tests under Charlie Strong and Tom Herman. Last one essentially dismissed him from the team.

    I've met Hill's parents and he's just a young kid who made mistakes. He's an honor roll guy in HS and a good person in addition to being a great athlete. Vikings feel much differently about acquiring players than the Texans do, which is why the Vikings made the NFCCG and the Texans finished 4-12.
