No, I think you and Codell need to rethink y'all's priorities!

    j/k

    :D

If Raygun would get upset on Christmas with the Rockets stinking, then he's doing the right thing for him if he doesn't watch.

    Merry Christmas all.

I'm with you on that! I really don't want to see a blowout on National TV. Just make it respectable!

Where is the Yao-Shaq III headline threads? The one that were 6 pages long before Yao-Shaq I? I miss Yao-Shaq I. Yao-Shaq III might be over in 5 minutes...

I feel like we're being offered up as the sacrificial lamb today - you can just see it - Christmastime in L.A. and all the "stars" are going to be out. It's going to be sickening.

Still - somehow - I'm sure I won't be able to resist putting it on. There's always a few really big wins in any year - and tonight could be one of them.

I think we'll know in the first 10 minutes what kind of game it's going to be. If it's gonna be a blow out - no way I'll be able to stomach it.

I'm with you batman. Since I've moved to the icy hell that is Minnesota I haven't got much of a chance to see the Rox and I'll be watching today. Unfortunately being a Houston fan means we live with alot of dissapointment. My earliest childhood sports memories were of the Oilers coming up short kicking that door down in Pittsburgh and just two weeks ago the Rox let me down at the Target center. I'm still a Houstonian and will root for the Rox even if they embarrass and frustrate me now and then.

As for the Christmas spirit. Battling traffic, crowds, longlines and crass consumerism already took that out of me. Even if the Rox get blownout it what ruin things more than spending an hour getting of the Mall parking lot yesterday did.

Well, this thread turned out to be completely worthless!!! WHOOOOOOOOO!!!!

    :D

Perfect cap to a perfect Christmas. In fact, we should have expected it. Houston Rockets Basketball = 0% consistancy. To lose would have been consistent, ergo we kill the Lakers.

Rockets didn't ruin my christmas...only the stupid Clutch Crew do.. The ones who have this little power trip by locking down threads without any real validity for doing so. But what can you do... if I was mindless I probably would do the same.

this is exactly why the rockets will never have a good crowd at toyota center...im in freaking hawaii and i took 3 hrs of my christmas to watch the Rockets!!! boy what a great game, but it makes me upset how much the houston fans suck. im only 21 and ive been a die hard fan all the way through and i compare the rockets attendance to the last years of the oilers, pathetic. for everyone that blames bud adams for moving the team think about bob lanier how he almost cost us 3 teams!!! anyways got a little off topic but merry christmas all happy holidays, go to a rockets game its worth every penny...

This post is the attitude that is all around Houston that I absolutely cannot stand. Just because Sacramento lost tonight, or because Dallas was on a 4 game losing streak, their fans would never say things like this...

Let's support the Rockets and know that with heart, they will pull out big wins like they did tonight.

    Good Job!:)

    I think you were right!

I went to the loss at Toyota Center against Indy, but this makes up for it.

redemption, and a little crow for the haters.

I wish the utter depression faced by the haters and nay-sayers would drive them away from the BBS as well as the games. Jeez. The only thing worse than having the Rockets lose is coming here to read you guys b****ing and b****ing.

    Eat crow, haters.
