I suppose this is the leaking thing?

 

is the criminal referral for leaking information or for lying about it? I hate process crimes. It looks like its for the leaking. Good then. This scumbag should suffer.

as long as the FBI can lie to you , you should be able to lie to the FBI. I especially hate it when the only crime is lying to the FBI (example Martha Stewart). There would literally be no crime committed if they hadn't investigated you.

leaking should always be punished. hate that ****. Especially the for the FBI/CIA/DoJ. Now that Comey is gone, that **** should get better. He was awful.

if the FBI are interrogating you, they can legally lie their asses off. You are not allowed to lie to them. One false detail (even if it doesn't cover up a crime) is grounds for obstruction of justice. Martha Stewart and Mike Flynn both fit this description. McCabe's false statements seem to be covering up leaking information to the press, which is a crime, but he's not being charged with leaking so my response would be 'WTF'. IF McCabe isn't being charged with any other crime then his 'crime' was lying about something that isn't relevant. he could of said his favorite color was blue when really it was green. oh no.

No the FBI can't lie under oath but they do all the time. Comey is an example.

If police were legally allowed to have sex with children then you should be too. Of course nobody thinks either should be allowed, but your point was stupid to begin with. Maybe sit out for a few posts lars.
