    Would be a 30 point blowout if it were the case. We will definitely need both to play well if we face the Ws.

    Don't care if he goes 2-30, just win. He carried everyone's asses in game 1 anyway.

    It'd be a great narrative if the roles were switched and the team carried Harden for a change.

    he was being aggressive which is good, but I think he got blocked 3 times at the rim and stripped on another drive...he also missed that 1 easy layup

    his 3 ball is off, but credit to the Wolves for stopping him at the rim

    I guess we will never see Ryno play again. We can only assume he has two broken legs. Harden having one of his patented "where be my head" playoff games. Must have stayed out late. Where would we be without Gerald Green? Can you believe he saved our bacon? Gerald Green! What in the world has happened to Gordon?

    17-18 Rockets > 16-17 Rockets

    Harden is 2 for 12 and we’re up 15.

    Besides the big addition in Paul we’ve gained a lot more scorers that also have the ability to create [More so gordon] but green, Gordon, Tucker, Johnson, ariza [Mbah when healthy] have been crucial additions and to think only ariza and Gordon Are originals as far as guards and sfs

    We’ve got a great team

    game 1 - thibs shut down the role players and dared harden to win the game by himself

    game 2 - thibs shutting down harden and daring the role players to win the game

    i'd like to see harden switch gears in the second half into playing like a decoy, get 10 assists and we win.

    This. Even if we win, people will discredit Harden as being at the level of Durant, Curry Lebron etc who don't really have these type of games.

    D'Antoni would tell you himself there's not much to KNOW. He doesn't even make adjustments in playoff series.

    I'm pointing out common sense. Simplifying things.

    The reality is the Rockets defense is supported by good defensive PLAYERS. Good defensive outputs are inevitable.

    OPTIMAL defensive outputs, however take...seeing the forest through the trees.

    I've always criticized the SCHEME. Like, I said, the defense was bound to be good. I was saying they'd have a top 5 defense in July.

    But it is not optimal. It just isn't. And that's what matters.
