Source: Lebron will not join the Rockets if they win the championship this season

I like our team, but, damn, if you can get LeBron to join Harden and Chris Paul you do it every day.

 

Wish List Priorities:

1) win it all this year and lose out on LBJ. Win a championship by being the team that won it all and taking dethroning the “greatest team” of all time. Then go get another all-start and upgrade some other way besides LBJ. Punch every other team in the face for the next 3 years.

Distant 2nd and 3rd....
2) beating the Warriors in the WCF but losing to Celtics or Toronto in the finals. Go sign LBJ.

3) losing to the warriors in the WCF and then signing LBJ.

 

It is not a win-win, not yet. There's no guarantee we will get LeBron even if we don't win the chip this year.

What if we lost in the WCF to GS by an unlucky bounce and the Warriors swept the Eastern team in the Finals. That would prove that the Rockets were a championship caliber team even though they didn't win it all. Would LeBron still want to join the Rockets then?

 

Given the two choices ...i'll take the championship. lol

 

I guess no Bron next season. Ah well

WCFs won't be decided by an "unucky bounce"

the better/hungrier team will win that series its as simple as that

 

These talking heads on these networks have no idea where LBJ is goin next season. I've heard everything from lakers back to south bach. Lol at this point its comical. Id like PG13 on this squad by a slight margin than lebron but we will see how playoffs go.

 

Friend: "Dude you want 1 championship or 4 championships?"
Me: "Dude,stfu, one in hand is better than 2 in the bushes."

Also me: "Fu** it, Lets lose in the WCF in 7 games, and get Lebron next year and establish a dynasty."

Also Also me: "Na bruh, i can die happy if we win just this championship and tank forever."

. Life sucks.

 

For the record, PG13 would be a dream fit on this team.

But you still have to do your due diligence with Lebron, and Im sure CP would much rather have his boy bron, so there is that also.

 

We win a chip this year Harden is the real king James. We don’t need that other guy

 

I want championships above all else, but I truly don't believe it would be as sweet if it took us signing Lebron to get there.

 

Long shot but 4th option is win it all and Paul somehow convinces LBJ to sign with Houston anyway, and on the cheap to boot!

If we lose in the Western Conference Finals against Golden State, LeBron will be a rocket. If we go on a beat either Cleveland/ Indiana or Toronto in the finals LeBron will be in LA next year.

 

...so by that logic, if we win the title it's Lebron the Warriors?

 

It is of my worthless opinion he'll go to Filthadelphia (with young princess or whatever he calls him).
