The only team that gives me legitimate concern is the spurs, Pop knows how to win so there's that. Other than that I dont care who it is...

I don't really care who they face , the Rockets are better than any team they'll play in the post season - GSW included.

Line them up and knock them out.

Would be nice to see GSW have a really tough road to the conference finals tho - Utah , OKC & Portland would be three tough series ..... they might not make the finals.

Ya would like to see the rockets go with the current standings as of now somehow. To let Warriors take care of Blazers and Thunder. Two teams that have scared the rockets, and rox play Twolves and Jazz, which houston matches up better with, and gets rest and home court for the warriors would be ideal. I think its going to be Rockets vs Raptors Finals.

what if we lost against okc on purpose just to give them an easier chance to bump up and not play us in the first round lol

Thunder scare me a little bit, would be brutal if this season ended on an early round upset. Would at least hope to play them in the 2nd round, not the 1st. Don't think Denver or New Orleans would stand a chance, and I wouldn't be too scared of Minnesota, Utah, or Portland. Would rather avoid Spurs, Kawhi or no Kawhi.

Not locked in yet, but looking likely we'll face Minnesota and GSW will face the winner of the NOLA/San Antonio/OKC the last 2-3 games for those teams. I'm liking that--any of those teams could actually succeed in upsetting a shorthanded Warriors team before Curry even gets back on the court.

I'll take the Thunder, then the Blazers in the 2nd round and Warriors in the WCF. The Warriors facing Pelicans and Jazz would be nice.

    1. Houston
    8. Minnesota

    4. Portland
    5. New Orleans

    3. Utah
    6. San Antonio

    2. Golden State
    7. Oklahoma City

No idea if the above is possible but that's my preferred scenario.

Am I the only one wanting the Jazz? I want revenge. Those Yao/T-Mac years still hurt. I know it wouldn‘t be the easiest matchup, but we should clearly advance. I want to kick them out of the playoffs.

Yeah, you're probably the only one. I know the Rockets swept the season series, but Utah can play defense. They're actually built pretty well for the postseason. Whereas a T'Wolves or Nuggets squad is more of a regular season team as they're geared more towards scoring and don't defend well.

The Rockets will win against anyone they face in Round 1. But I'd rather play a team that we can knock out in 4-5 games with relative ease than a Thunder, Jazz, or Spurs squad that could extend it to 7.

I’m not on the board as much so this is my first time seeing Codman’s latest signature. BTW Cod I hope all isn’t well as they could be with you sir, I feel compelled to say it every time I mention your post so again I appreciate you on this board.

Regarding Love, I’m assuming he only comes here alone correct?(not with LBJ). This is one of the backup plans to LBJ??
