    The only way to lower deaths from guns is to make sure everyone has a gun. You'll never have a mass shooting again because the shooter wouldn't even dare think about it. But the libs are too pansy to arm themselves. Therefore the bad hombres can pray on them likes wolves on sheep. Then the sheep complain about the guns that the wolves have.

    If you go to the forest, do you complain the bear has teeth and claws that will kill you? No, you don't declaw and detooth the bear. You bring a GUN so if the bear attacks you shoot him. Got gun, no one dies from bears.

    Same principle.
