I know they said they would be moving the other pennants somewhere else in the stadium. Not sure where though. If you look closely above the scoreboard above Bagwell and Ryan's retired numbers it looks like there are two red flags but I can't tell if those would be a couple of the former pennants or not. My guess would be they might put them up on the back walls behind the 400's sections.
Well, here's the answer about the other pennants. From an article on Chron.com. Having read all that I'd have to guess that the permanent WS banner will be fixed to the light tower but that there will be some sort of temporary (first homestand/first half/all of 2018?) poster/banner that will come down from the lights on top of the tower.
Seems about right, most teams hoist a ceremonial flag banner that doesn't stay long term, which is what I'm expecting
