That was the best game I have seen in a long time.
    Just awesome. Beautiful.
I hope the Rockets can continue to play like this.
Hopefully they aren't too tired for tomorrow's game against the Suns..but Phoenix doesn't have Amare so that's good.
But man..I wish I recorded this game. LOL sucks for the fans that were in attendance tonight! 1 point away from a Big Mac! When I go to games..I will be sure to give our players a standing ovation if they can play like this again.
Like in Minnesota, all the people give a standing ovation to Garnett TWICE..then Cassell..and Gary Trent even..and Sprewell.
LOL..all our fans care about is the Big Mac! :p
Anyways. Great game. Yao Ming was good. I am hoping he can do this a lot. The Clippers have been doing good. We ran a lot more tonight and I loved it. It's exciting. Steve and Mobley are all smiling. They're enjoying it..well of course. Mobley was great..some turnovers but still good. Jackson played very well..12 points and 12 rebounds. I thought Steve did a wonderful job and looked confident and just great..what I have been asking and wanting from him! Cato did quite good on defense and made some nice passes and dunks. Mo Taylor did a nice job. Piatkowski good job. Glen Rice too old buddy!
I guess Moochie does have a purpose on our team! He is paid 3.6 million for emotional support! He is the leader of all our superstitious rituals!
I hope to see more of this..

as long as Rox don't fix certain problems and start palying smart consistently, it is an average team that can go from 4-0 to 0-5. Fans like you b!tch after a series losses and next day say "it is OK if they win tonight." I am think your life must be full of ups and downs too, and you have learned to be happy with the ups when it lasts.
I said earlier that I am happy that we were wining tonight. I am just suggesting that on the way the win we could have used this to get Yao's confidence back. Clearly Yao needs some help. And we have seen how bad this team struggles if Yao doesn't play well.
You are either a Yao hater or a extremly myopia fan.

Congratulations to the Rockets Team. Yes you can play Team Basketball! At least for 3/4 of the Game.
Can someone explain why Yao Ming wao was playing so well within the Game was hardly ever involved again after he scored 21points?
Surprise of the Game Cato passed to Yao Ming in Scoring Position.

Geez. RocketsMillenium is right. Some people are never pleased with progress.

Yao has a great game, showing flashed of dominance. JJ has a double double. Steve actively trying to get his teamates involved. Cat destroying defenders taking it to the hoop. Heck our fast break even looked semi polished. And to top it all off, we kept up the defensive intensity that we have been known for all season. People still complain though about Yao not getting shot and/or touches.

One of the better all around games this season regardless. We will be playoff bound if we can play more games like this.

    From Associated Press:

Mike Dunleavy rates Yao Ming among the best post players in the world, not just the NBA.

``He's definitely one of the best. He's in the top five in the world, no matter what league,'' the Los Angeles Clippers coach said after Yao recorded his 12th double-double of the season with 21 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Houston Rockets to a 99-85 victory Friday night.

Seems to me that this is a not so subtle attempt to woo Yao to his team for when he becomes a FA :D

    >>>It is already a blown out lead, and if you keep Yao on the court, why not let Yao shoot more and get back his confidence. I am not complaining since we are wining, but this is certainly something Rox should do on the way to a win.

Oh...what if Yao did not score...it may destroy his confidence.

No need to push the game, just let it flow naturally

Unfortunately there is no way we can keep making 50% FG, and there is no way Yao can shoot 9/13, and block 5 shots every game.

A performance like tonight is exciting, but it is the ability to minimize your mistakes every night that makes a team great.

We had games like this earlier in the season. Before we see more fundamental changes, we can expect the rollercoster ride to continue.

You are right we should be happy about tonight's good performance by the Rox. However, what's wrong with a little bit of constructive criticism after a win? It can only help Rox make further progress. Should we withhold our criticism and wait until after another loss to point out these same mistakes?

Constructive criticism....the mantra of the whiney fan.

It doesnt matter how often you point out their mistakes, they are not reading this...and you arent telling them anything they dont already know.

Or are you delusional enough to think the professionals at the Rockets organization listen to a bunch of bi-polar fans on an internet message board?

For once in yall's miserable lives, enjoy a freaking nice win over a not so crappy team.
As for your b****in....we dont want to hear it.

    ????
What is the point of posting here? Of course they are not reading. So what do you cheer for? They are not listening.
So I guess we post because we want to post, not because we want to change something, right? Then who cares who will hear it, or whehter you want to here it? Who are "we"?

YAO shoud leave Rox , because he will have no bright future in Rox. If YAO join in other teams, he will do better.

Unfortunately for you, Yao could have shot 7/13 and blocked 1-2 shots and we still would have won. The team had an exceptional game and we won by a comfortable margin.

Tonight, we did minimize our mistakes. Thats why we won. ;)

The fundamental changes were apparent tonight. Its a shame that you didnt see them. Or that you refuse to see them. Or that maybe, that you just dont want to see them because in the end, you arent happy unless you are mad about something.
