Well it is official. We have just agreed to a lease on a new location for Fever Pitch Studios aka Warthog Texas, and get this, it is in an old Porno theatre. WOOHOOO !!! Perfect....we move in 10 days.... So, if you are in Austin and driving down South Congress and see the old Porno theater at 2130 S. Congress, look me up. WOOOHOOO A perfect place for a video game company....I am psyched. DD
lol....thats funny. me and a couple of my friends were going to sixth last night and we were going down congress and my boy made a comment about that theatre. he said he heard it used to be a porno theatre. i guess it was.
It was remolded 5 years ago, and is ready for us to move in...now we have to move in less than 10 days.....ah well...it is still a very cool location. DD

Nothing like a place being remolded every 5 years. My house is due for a remolding this year. Did you get a good bid? And if so, any good contractors?
Remodeled.....my spelling is stinky these days. The odd thing is that we are moving from a small office of 2000sq ft to a old porno theater with 9000+ sq ft, and it is only 2 times the rent.... It is a perfect time to lease in Austin....we are probably going to buy the building.... Also, we still have the marquee out front and all the letters for it, so we are going to have a weekly funny saying up there.... Something like "Now showing, 7 days makes a hole weak." DD
It's a great Mexican (not really Tex-Mex) joint about the same address as you on South 1st. Try the appetizer of fries with chorizo, cheese and green chiles melted over them!
