Which player do you think is more suitable for the Rockets if both are available without gutting our current team?

Kawhi is under contract next season. There’s no way they trade him. I think they’d let pop go first which is crazy.

Codman code: Kawhi wants to play for Houston and forces trade like CP3 did this past summer.

    Good times.

Kawhi isn't coming but if i could choose i'd take Kawhi (assuming his injury isn't that big of a deal) because of his age and cause while i really want Lebron here, i'd be kinda annoyed to hear/read that a title would be more a Lebron thing than a Rockets thing.

Kawhi but only because he drives a beat up 1994 Chevy Tahoe and is pissed off when his Taco Cabana coupons are lost

    Not Leonard.

Don’t know what’s going on this year but it feels dodgy as hell.

Think he’s too big a threat to team culture and chemistry.

Yeah I’m a little worried about the mental toughness.

As much as I think LeBron is a diva; LeBron is not collecting $18.9 mil this year for 9 games played.
At least LeBron plays. Spurs are getting D-Rose’d. Hopefully this summer they get Kyrie’d. Threaten
    to sit out all year.

I still take Leonard....he won’t see himself as the lone player with Houston. Anxiety level reduced.

Lebron is arguably the greatest player of all time, but oddly enough I'd pick Kawhi and it wouldn't be close. The reason is simple. We already have the best offense in history. Kawhi could fit within that offense and improve our defense several notches. I also think that with Lebron being at this stage in his career it would need to remain James Harden's team. I'm not sure Lebron could accept that. I get the impression Kawhi would have no trouble falling in line behind James.

Kawhi would be a pretty good backup to Ariza

Does one of them want to play with Harden in Houston? If yes, sign them up. If not, pass. We have our keystone player and his name is Harden.
