Im not trying to hear that crap. GG did the right thing and if it was to happen again, I would be upset if GG didnt step up again. We have a target on our backs and we have to let the NBA know that no one is going to punk us. Good for Chris Paul that says he would pay the fine, and good for GG for doing what any real ass teammate would do.
Yeah, I loved it. If the nba wants to cry about protecting fans they need to back them off and put a barrier between them like every other sport. And penalizing a retaliation more than initiation is outlandish, ludicrous, silly baloney sammiches. Teams gotta know though. You’re not gonna pull this crap with us. You’re not going to rough up our star players.
I think it is very possible Green gets a game. With Dieng going "into the fans" that is where the league gets real antsy. If he didn't fall into the fans I think he would be in the clear.
I liked that he stepped up for cp3 but pushing him into the fans was just stupid. NBA is extra critical about **** like that.
"easily baited." And that is what will happen in a playoff series with Draymond Green or other players of his ilk.
I like that Green stood up for his teammate, but didn't have to be so aggressive. That is all. In past situations we normally would see Ariza getting into people's faces. But if you watch what Ariza does, he makes his presence known without going over the line and hurting the team. There is an art to it, I suppose.
As someone very familiar as @Clutch can vouch, he has grown up a lot We will leave it there . Just who he is . He would do it again too
i like what he did and yea they came too close so he shouldn't have bc we coulda used the momentum like clutch said
Bro, everybody in Houston knows GG. LOL!! Thanks for that riveting insider account tho. You guys must be very close.
And I promise I know him better than you. This isn't a dick measuring contest though to put his personal business out there You ask clutch privately and he will tell you
I’d rather have Green checking dudes into the stands defending teammates over a guy kicking players in the balls and landing on players trying to hurt them.
This has tons of intangible value. Last few seasons we would get punk, Harden would get punked and nobody had the balls to step up.
People who say knucklehead and this is a sign of low IQ need to stop being judgmental and first understand what IQ means. This is way more of an overreaction than what Green did.
