I love Green but I don't agree about Joe and don't know we have enough sample size to tell how much better he is in our system than in any other system. That tends to be true of every player that gets to play with Harden and Paul in our system, they all tend to play better in it. We have yet to see how successful Johnson will be with this year's Rockets.

He definitely brings a lot of great playoff experience and he has high basketball IQ so he can play a little longer than a player that doesn't.

He also has a lot of experience playing and excelling under pressure and a strong bond with D'Antoni and familiarity with his system from having played in it as much or more than anyone else on our team.

Those are the pluses. Some of them. I don't agree he's a net negative. I don't know if he should be playing or Green should be, but I trust D'Antoni to know who it should be when it's time for him to finalize his playoff rotation, always subject to change from injury.

I think Johnson makes us dang deep. Along with the rest of our bench. We don't have to rely on him. That's the beauty of this kind of depth.

I have a fantasy (MDA would never do) that in the playoffs we'll keep teams off balance by constantly rotating players in and out, interchangeably, since they've all had so much time to play in every configuration due to injury and since we have so much depth. I would be rotating players double-speed from regular season and giving a lot of guys a chance to let us know they're hot on any given night. It's not going to happen at all and I know it's not even a good plan. I just starting fantasizing about it because of our incredible depth. And I think JJ is a net asset there.

Even though I think Toronto is a great team and I hope we have that rematch in the Finals, I have a feeling the Cavs will make it once again..I just have that gut feeling man..

Joe did get 5 quick points in the first half when nobody was hitting anything. Don't get me wrong, Joe was a net negative, but I see D'Ántoni's thinking.

If the Point God showed up during these Raptors games, we would've beaten them. But he's been absent in both of them.

I don't mind Joe shooting the ball, the problem I have is that his defense is soo awful, like players are blowing past him like butter, awful.

CP3 and Capela look banged up to me, we need schedule some rest for those two.

Cp3 looked a full step slow to me all game. He was blown by on defense repeatedly. It was very noticeable.

I like that. I think Raptors had a game plan for us. It’s good for our star player to exposed now. I think cp3 takes over the rest of the year. He’s going to take this game seriously.

Yeah. Joe has just been so slow on that end. Green's energy might have more value versus a team like the Raptors, particularly early in the game.

surely..I'm still gonna cheer for the guy..cause he was one of my favorite iso players growing up..but not so much now...also I think Brandon Wright will be the biggest difference maker out of the two signings, if he stays healthy lol

I hope the Rockets can now relax a bit and stomp the Mavericks by like 20 or something. I would say 40, but I don't want another social media guy to get fired for euthanizing another emoji horse.

I know, hence "absent in both games".

Can Harden fake a injury and miss the Dallas game. Get fully rested and ready for SA on the back to back!

It would be nice not to play Toronto on the third game in four nights, which has been the case over the last three games. I know Toronto was also playing three games in four nights, but they're younger/@Home/deeper rotation.

Yeah. DeRozan did it once, if not, twice.

    Common occurrence in today's game
