Rockets need Eddie Griffin. Teams are rotating of Cato Eddie has a better shot than Cato and shoots decent 3's....plus he plays good defense in blocking shots would lead to fastbreaks and easier baskets... Rockets just need to give him another shot!!!!

I agree, maybe we need eddie back, but i don't think he wants to come back yet, he should probably get his real life back together, then worry about bball, but i like that alton ford guy, he's though, we can probably use him right now while we get griffin back, or if we don't get him back at all, we should give alton a try before trying to bring back eddie.

We are in deeper trouble than we think if we believe headcase Griffin will help us out of this current mess.

I was thinking the same thing about Griffin. The Rockets need another more versatile power forward. Cato's offense is suspect and Mo's defense is suspect. I'm not faulting them for it cause they do play hard, it just that every player has limitations. Eddie provides better mix of offense and defense. I just hope he can get his act together before the season is over

I believe we read something about his agent saying he'll be back around late December or January?

We're about 10 days from that, so if that's true, then he SHOULD be coming back soon.

Hello! We are in big trouble. Anything would help this team right now. The team needs EG as much as EG needs the team. The quicker JVG and CD realize that the better they will be.

It really would be nice to have Griffin back. He is not the total answer for this mess we are in but he certainly would help in many areas.

What...you mean that jumper that flatter than Calista Flockhart??

Griffin Sucks...We'd be no better with him on the team...

I wonder if E. Griffin has put on weight since he's had to deal with all his off the court problems.

Even if Eddie comes back, he's got be way more focused than he's ever been on this team. I agree he is the best option talent-wise. But he has never shown any heart, since he's been here. JVG did seem to motivate him before his problems arose during pre-season.

I am going to say "leave the poor Kid alone"
For Eddie, clearly there is something elso more important than basketball right now, just leave him alone.

I’m not ready to give up on Eddie just yet, the man has all the tools to become great. I think all the trials and tribulations he’s going through could definitely help him mature mentally and become the great player that we are missing.

Put it this way, the man is 22 years old, got mixed up with the wrong crowd and did some stupid stuff. Now if he learns for his mistakes and receives the proper guidance, he will be truly awesome.

Eddie Griffin would be lucky if he makes it out of Houston without being locked up.
