I would be far more worried of OKC with a healthy Roberson.. Without him.. Rox will eliminate them in five.. we are sweeping nuggets, clippers, and Twolves.. We are being Jazz in five.. and spurs and jail blazers in six

We are susceptible to adjustments that other teams will make and could easily lose a game or 2 in a series. With Golden State we could even get to a 2-0 lead in the series, but it depends on our adjustments to theirs on whether we could finish that team off.

Superman always wins in the end. Kryptonite is a one trick pony.

I believe with full conviction based on reason and analysis of empirical study (watching 90 percent of the games)... that we would sweep any team in the west other than the Warriors and a healthy OKC squad, the latter would push to at least 6 games. Id favor the Warriors but Id love to be proved wrong.

Not to take anything away from Toronto (and, disclaimer, I haven't watched the Raptors at all this season), but it just feels like they have no offensive depth. I have no idea how that team is averaging 111.8 points a game, which is only 3 less than us (and 5 less than GSW).

When it comes down to it, though, I personally fear the length of Boston's defense and Kyrie taking the last shot in a tie game, versus Toronto's defense and DeRozan taking the last shot.

Not that this has anything to do with this thread, but Jayson Tatum is going to be so damn good playing next to both Irving and Hayward next year. Tatum doesn't have to be the primary option, allowing him to develop at his own offensive pace, and he also has the best young coach in the game, coaching him. What more can you ask for?

What angers me is despite all that we are doing now, if we slip up in the playoffs (even against the warriors) these "analysts" will be like, "Yup, told ya these guys weren't legit."

I love the regular season that the Rockets are having and everything that they are doing but we have to show up and show up big in the playoffs. Or else all these bozos on TNT, BSPN, etc will think they were right all along.

There's a lot of pressure, but hey, pressure makes diamonds.

Portland is the Warriors kryptonite. Blazers are next up for GSW’s. Curry probably won’t play at Portland.

Felt it was worth a little bump to this thread. Should be a good game. Blazers 8 straight wins.
