I'd be doing whatever I could to get Katy more time on air... the glasses definitely work for her.

One of the interesting things from that itnerview: Trump would have endorsed Hillary if he had lost the primary.

The Nunberg show is entertaining as hell, but I think it’s just that. In the end he’ll be there at 2:59 on Friday.

As for the emails, again, he doesn’t have to physically get every single one and print them out. The court will have someone from the DOJ log into his email and they’ll pull them. The subpoena is more for access to his email than anything. His case that it will take 30 hours is ridiculous unless he’s choosing to deny access and just opt to present hard copies.

Mueller already has the emails. He’s just going to see who is withholding what when they talk to the grand jury. Nunberg and/or Stone are either going to jail for obstruction/withholding or Nunberg is going to jail for contempt to try and save his friend Roger Stone which he has to know is likely already probably going to jail if he’s willing to put on this show.

He will be there on Friday.

It sounds like Nunberg just doesn't want to spend the time because it's an inconvenience to go through all of the emails because there are way too many. The interview was nuts and he sounds like he can't believe he'll actually have to spend all of the time doing that work.

To me, it's definitely very interesting that he believes Trump did something illegal during the campaign. It also sounds like he's more concerned with protecting Stone than anyone else. Mueller is perfectly capable of putting Nunberg in jail.

Pretty much. He'll have a quick change of heart when he realizes the gravity of the situation.

I think he already knows. The guy is Roger Stones protege. It’s a show at the end of the day to try and get Mueller to narrow his email request reg Stone communications. His talking points always go back to his deep relationship with Stone and the unfairness in having to spend 30 hours collecting the emails.

That being said, I do think personally the guy is acting pretty shaky on camera. Some of that could be fatigue or his meds wearing off.

I absolutely 100% think Mueller will put him in jail on Friday at 3:01 if he doesn’t show up because it’s incredibly important that this big public show doesn’t work because then it will be become a blueprint for undermining the case when others get dragged back to court... especially Trump who will put on the biggest show of anyone if he gets subpoenad.
