Indeed it is!

 

I was at Staples Center last night and here are some thoughts:

- When Wesley Johnson's ankles broke, the whole stadium and all the players froze for a split second because Harden just stood there. I personally thought there was going to be a foul whistle. It wasn't until Milos Teodosic tried helping on D did we all realize what was happening (Harden was harvesting Wesley's soul) and when he made the 3, the crowd went all And1 Mixtape.
- Chris Paul couldn't make a shot but at least he was solid on D. With Harden sitting out, CP3 definitely seemed less effective when defenses could focus on him.
- Joe Johnson is old af. I don't know what I was expecting from him but he didn't really do much except sit on the perimeter and wait for the ball to come his way.
- After the 1Q, the team coasted and played meh the rest of the game till 4Q. Thankfully the Clippers are that bad. It was frustrating to see the Rox play with no urgency.
- Montrezl Harrell was unstoppable on offense and helped the Clippers get back in the game. It was weird that D'Antoni didn't make any adjustments to slow him down.
- There were surprisingly a lot of Rockets/Harden fans in attendance!

 

I watch him and Shannon on undisputed sometimes. To me, that guy is like an average poster here. Very opinionated with not thought-out arguments. He has a strong preference towards Pop and the Spurs. Once he starts disliking something, he starts saying stupid stuff. He is just an average poster you will find in any sports forum.

He’ll say anything to get you to come over to his wagon and try his latest youth invigorating tonic but all it does is give you a skin rash, make your hair fall out and chaps your ass until he comes back around again.

 

Best thing apart from Harden on Wes, was the very welcome comeback of Eric Gordon, and a good game from Capela.
