I didn't get the whole game; was he hurt? If not, why was he on the bench with Kidd going nuts for 43? I thought he was our defensive expert. Whatever the case, I'm sick of watching the opposing point guards go off against the Rockets. Hello, lottery. ------------------
Rudy thought Moochie could handle Kidd. ------------------ "Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored."- (Aldous Huxley)
Mooch is a great, great spark, and he hit some huge shots in the middle of the 4th, but what's the point of having someone like Shandon if you're not going to put him defensively on the opposition's best guard, particularly when he's having a career night? ------------------
Unless Shandon was injured, I don't have the answer. ------------------ "Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored."- (Aldous Huxley)
i think Shandon was on the bench in the 4th ------------------ "Repression never did me any harm (I finally ceased to include "stop masturbating" as one of my guilt ridden New Year's resolutions, but that's a different topic)." Achebe - programmer by day, Mrs Palmers Husband by night
I was at the game and had floor seats. I looked to my right and saw Shandon sitting on the floor near the Rockets bench, wincing as he removed and replaced a shoe. So I think that foot's still bothering him. ------------------
heck a better question might be, where the hell is Francis? I know he had 8 assists, but the leader of our team and superstar needs to score more than that. He's a gifted athlete and awesome scorer, he should at least get to the free throw line more or something. I knwo that the PG's job is to get everyone else involved, but even PG's that NEVER look to shoot (Kidd is a prime example) score whe their team needs it and Sevie should look for his shot a little more. Are you gonna tell me that Kidd is a better shooter and score than Fancis? I think not. ------------------ Don't EVER underestimate the Heart of a CHAMPION!
damn i cant spell LOL I meant Stevie, not Sevie and Francis, not Fancis, LOL ------------------ Don't EVER underestimate the Heart of a CHAMPION!
He doesn't deserve to have his name spelled correctly after such a sad performance on both ends of the court. Sevie Fancis is fine. "Yo Sevie, pass the ball to Cuttinue. Get it to Olajuwan. Get it to Carlos Rodgers. Get it to Willums. Just shoot the damn ball, Fancis!" ------------------ Hakim "Du Dreem" Olajuwan is the greatets player in the histry of basketbal. If you disagrea, you are not a Roket fan. [This message has been edited by ZRB (edited March 30, 2001).]
