    It happened with 5+ minutes left in the 3rd quarter... you don’t pull your starters that early. There’s not a coach in the NBA that would have.

    No doubt. I admittedly don't get it. There must be a reason to have the MVP out there in a blowout. Fortunately nothing bad happened and it's all good.
