You’re forgetting fit. The reason it doesn’t work in okc is bc none of the three stars can pass are all iso players. Paul and harden are not only superb scorers but superb passers and extremely intelligent who can score in all variety of ways. That’s why their Forbis synergistic to the team while the okc trio are not working out nearly as well. Lebron is the same as harden and Paul - passer, scorer, Intelligent, only slightly better. That combination of the three on the floor, playing three complementary positions, is devastating because of the optionality.

With Lebron here, we would have the 3 best playmakers in the league on one team.

GSW has 3 insane gadgets and 1 playmaker.

Warriors would go 0-7 vs a Lebron-Harden-CP3-Gordon-Capela-Ariza-Moute-Nene-Tucker Rockets club.

I think ur more emotionally attached to defending Lebron than me allegedly hating him. Anytime someone offers constructive criticism of Lebron and his tendencies, ppl bring up Kobe for some reason. Who's talking about Kobe? We're talking about Lebron. Seems ur a tad bit defensive here lol

Ah, another reason Lebron is leaving Cleveland.

Kyrie knew or overheard someone saying that Lebron is skipping town next season. Therefore, timely forced the trade.

Durant not available, LeBron could be. Let's focus on real options to improve Rockets.

I would love for Lebron to help us defend our title next year.

Plenty of options. Paul George for one. While he's not the all around player Lebron is, he's a better defender and the better long term fit for us

Everything in Harden's past points to him being fine bending the knee. He wanted OKC to draft him so he didn't have to be the guy. He didn't mind coming off the bench. He didn't want to leave. He tried to get a better player here in Durant. He recruited CP3. He's not selfish and wants to win.

Great option and long term fit but not the game changer and guarantee to take team to finals. LeBron is best player and best fit for a reason.

Good point. Lebron has actually been taking on being a fasciitator in his later years than an all out chucker like in the past.

Just to add....The thought of Lebron catching lobs from Harden or CP3 is beyond ridiculous. It would be unfair and there wouldn’t be anything anyone could do about it. Who would stay in front of Lebron receiving a pin point pass from Harden?

Lebron lobbing to a rolling Capela who would then be your 4th best offensive option? Cavs melting down is the best thing that could happen right now.

    It’s happening!!!!

From the jump houston was the only logical destination.

The Cavs meltdown and kawhi issues only help the cause.

    Good friends with cp3? Check

Play with a true mvp in his prime? Check.

    Great coach? Check

    Foward thinking GM? Check

    Big money owner? Check

Ability to add his buddies (wade, melo)? Check.

Rockets are loaded next season it’s going to be even more crazy with the talent on this team if Lebron makes the right choice.

THIS quote from the recent Lee Jenkins Chris Paul article

"This is our chance"....."to BUILD what WE'VE been talking about."

Think CP3 is only talking to Luc? hell naw.

Has anyone done the lux tax calculations of having Harden, Paul, Lebron and Capela all on maxes. Assuming Lebron wanted to opt in and be traded to the Rockets. Is it within reason - IE close to what GSW and current Cleveland are paying?

if Bron comes here, Houston-GS will be the matchup of the century

the NBA should be dying for this to happen, the ratings would be ridiculous

3 of the best shooters/off ball players in the NBA vs the 3 of the best playmakers/isolation players in the league
