    uh...the 180 day thing is just for the possession.

    the aggrevated assault with a deadly weapon charge carries 2-20 years.

    I am glad that he is finally out of the hospital, that means that they are making progress.

    This is the first ive read that Eddie was actually in bed with another woman when this Romero showed up at his house.

    That is a little bit of new information if I'm not mistaken.

    Did anybody notice the Chron reported he was 6-9 and 210 pounds? I hope his shrinks have not transformed Eddie into the incredible shrinking man. Get well, Eddie, and be well.

    This isn't open and shut, the woman sounds crazy, she went to his house when he had someone over there and wouldn't leave.

    Can you say "probation". Eggie will be just fine. He already did the right thing by going to the rehab program...I'm sure he is still involved on an outpatient program. Like his lawyers said there are 2 sides to every story. Hopefully this chic was just trying to get back at Eddie and ends up looking like another crazy jealous chic from Houston trying to come up in the world at someone elses exspense.
